Implants
Our VHF transmitter and options can, if the customer
so desires, be potted in a waterproof, resilient, inert,
non-toxic (medical grade) material. Once encapsulated in
this manner, the resulting tag may be surgically implanted
in living tissue.
The transmitter, battery, antenna are custom assembled
in various configurations to produce several different sizes
and shapes of tags appropriate to a particular animal and
implantation site.
We provide implants for
- Mammals / Reptiles - Abdominal, Sub-Cutaneous
- Fish - Abdominal, Swallow able
- Birds - Abdominal
