The OSPREY VHF Receiver receives and displays GPS and other sensor data transmitted real-time from any of our line of GPS equipped VHF transmitters. Wildlife trackers using the OSPREY Receiver benefit from receiving remote data from distances up to 15 km.

The HR2600 OSPREY VHF receiver is not only the smallest full feature fish and wildlife-tracking receiver available, it is also waterproof, hand held and rugged. The OSPREY receives and displays GPS and other sensor data transmitted, real-time from any of our line of GPS or multi-sensor equipped VHF/GPS transmitters.

With all of its great features, the Osprey is the solution for all of your VHF radio tracking requirements. When used with HABIT VHF transmitters, tracking distance of up to 150 miles can be achieved within line of sight under optimal conditions.

We custom configure the frequency for either a 2mHz (standard) or 4mHz (optional) bandwidth between 148-220 Mhz allowing our receiver to replace ANY other wildlife receiver and work with your existing transmitters.

The ID decoding capability allows the tracker to have many transmitters on the same frequency. When used with our digitally coded transmitters, the receiver displays the individual ID’s. This feature is particularly useful in applications with many tags (e.g., fish tracking).

The Osprey is the only waterproof telemetry receiver in the industry! The Osprey allows rapid coverage of multiple tags by either its scanning feature or unique ID decoding system.
